In his books, he talks about not only overcoming the obsticles of his past, but also the small everyday problems we run into.

He easily hot the point across, and made me think about what some people go through every day. As the series progresses, several additional characters and their histories are introduced and focused upon.

Later, she begins a longer romantic relationship with a fellow student named Josh Hollis. I enjoyed hearing about his wife and son. The two begin dating during Reed's first year at the school.
